Everything was great, stunning location much in going out sight seeing, the staff were very good. I asked for double room and it was a nice size and nicely decorated with a balcony. I could use a fridge, an electric kettle and central heating. I came here for 1 night and had a such wonderful stay.

Great spot for a chill getaway!
The place was super clean and right in the heart of Whitstable, so convenient! We didn't see the staff much, but they must be great since everything was well taken care of. Just a heads up-needed to pick up keys from a different spot, a bit odd. Awesome bars and restaurants nearby too!

Fine views and well-equipped accommodation
I loved the amazing sea views from the balconies. The modern amenities, including a luxurious monsoon shower, really enhanced our stay. Check-in was a bit inconvenient as it took place at a different location and required navigating with our luggage.

Couple retreat with a twist
The location is wonderful. We loved having both a bath and shower after long days. That cozy balcony was perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it felt acceptable.

Perfect beach getaway
We spent 2 nights in a double room and it was super comfy! The beach was literally steps away, and we loved exploring the high street. The breakfast options were solid too! The only bummer was the limited parking, tricky at times. A fab stay!

Good Stay with a Cozy Atmosphere
We enjoyed a wonderful night in a beautifully decorated double room. It would be nice to have a bathroom blind for privacy. A lovely stay overall!

The seaside charm is hard to ignore, with fabulous views that make mornings a delight. Great for those looking to be close to the beach and enjoy local eateries within walking distance.
Noise issues are a glaring problem, as thin walls allow for conversations and movements from neighboring rooms to disturb your peace. The bed setup in the upstairs apartment wasn't ideal either, as the two singles created an uncomfortable gap, and if you're tall, you'll be constantly ducking under the low sloping ceilings. The fridge, while a nice touch, didn't keep things cold enough for peace of mind when it came to perishables. Not to mention, the check-in process could use some streamlining with the need to walk a fair distance carrying luggage. The lack of signage to locate the accommodations easily also adds another layer of inconvenience.

great views but low ceilings
The views from the balcony were fine and the hotel was impeccably clean . The helpful service from Tracy made checking in easy and enjoyable.
The low ceilings in the top bedroom made it a bit uncomfortable for taller guests.
